Cêhara-thèko Dêtîkè (/cɘˈhara/ /ˈθèko/ [subtle; elusive] [person; human]) is a subtropical Town located in the Ko-13nhun Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Cêhara-thèko Dêtîkè is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Cêhara-thèko Dêtîkè was founded by Mlelë Tresh, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Cêhara-thèko Dêtîkè has a yearly average temperature of 19°C (66°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 29°C (84°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 9°C (48°F). Cêhara-thèko Dêtîkè receives an average of 215 cm/y (84 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Cêhara-thèko Dêtîkè was founded in time immemorial, reportedly some time durring the early 8th century, by Mlelë Tresh. The establishment of Cêhara-thèko Dêtîkè suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.

Cêhara-thèko Dêtîkè was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 8th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Cêhara-thèko Dêtîkè is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.

Cêhara-thèko Dêtîkè is buildings are arranged within a network of broad cobblestone streets which form a rectangular grid, where each block verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller block has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town is the proud owner of a properly designed set of renforced walls made from mighty querried stone blocks. Their construction and material choices would make a dwarf weap with joy, for each and every part of the elaborate fortifications are purly functional and robust well byond reason. Even nonexperts can tell the walls are an excelent defencive structure. The town's exceptionaly well made fortifications are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the towns defences.

Cêhara-thèko Dêtîkè has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Cêhara-thèko Dêtîkè’s streets. The town is very clearly a joyfull place as well as relaxing. Music can be heard often, as well as laughter. The smell of food and drink permiates the air. You can’t help but smile.

Cêhara-thèko Dêtîkè has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.

Cultural Notes

The locals are in a state of despair and dull apathy. They've lost the things that used to give them pride and hope, with the best among them carrying on out of habitual duty and the worst giving ready hands to shameful deeds and ignoble acts. No one really believes the future can be better, and most seek only to satisfy immediate appetites.

Cêhara-thèko Dêtîkè's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by vertical proportions, pointed arches, external buttressing, and asymmetry in the general shape of its buildings. The decorative features of the style were key, consisting of large arched windows, pointed arches, vaulted ceilings, flying buttresses, and sculptures integrated into the structure itself. Occasionally, for very important buildings, an array of sculptures or one colossal sculpture might replace the entirety of the entrance to said building.

In Cêhara-thèko Dêtîkè snow is warm to the touch and does not melt within city limits. Also it only happens during summer.

The Dog, Goblin near Cêhara-thèko Dêtîkè are known to be more aggressive than normal.

Cêhara-thèko Dêtîkè's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves square dance to channel Abjuration energies of tier 3 via proclamations.
